The primary focus of our methodology is to identify the key components of a minimum viable product that we can quickly get into the hands of your intended users. Our approach enables us to leverage key learnings from your live product (which is being monitored and managed by our Production Support Team) to help drive the requirements of your next release. Then, we repeat the process - leveraging the knowledge we gained and fine-tuning the design with each new release.
