Chad Pugsley
Founder & CEO

Chad has grown the company from a small consulting startup to one of the fastest growing companies in the nation, as recognized by Inc. Magazine. Chad has always strived to compete in an already saturated, highly skilled space filled with intense competition.
Prior to founding Fusionapps, Chad was a leading technology consultant focused on the performance, scalability, and reliability of software platforms. His expertise allowed him to make significant contributions to the development of Babiesrus.com and Toysrus.com.
Upon its formation in 2001, Chad positioned Fusionapps to become the ColdFusion technology partner for Toys 'R' SUs. Having expanded Fusionapps' overall service offering, Chad was brought in to develop and support Toysrus.ca later, in 2004. Building on the momentum from these engagements and further expanding Fusionapps' data center capabilities, Chad partnered with Promontory Interfinancial Networks as their end-to-end technology vendor. Chad has credited these engagements as being the foundation and framework for Fusionapps' agile, full-service business model.
Today, Chad oversees the company's vision, strategy, and technical innovation. He shares responsibility for Fusionapps' day-to-day operations with his brother, Jess Pugsley.

Jess Pugsley
COO/Director of Network Operations
(Network Operations Specialist)
Jess has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and has filled many varied roles over the years. His career began as a freelance consultant working with technologies such as ColdFusion, ASP, and SQL. In 1997, he joined G.Triad, a Web Development boutique, as a Technical Project Manager where he designed and managed projects for Simon & Schuster, Dow Jones, Medscape, BigStar Entertainment, Toys 'R' Us, Learnlots.com, Esurg.com, and Allaire (now Macromedia/Adobe).
G.Triad was later acquired by Computer Horizons/TEKsystems, a large staffing organization in need of a solutions division. While working for CHC, Jess worked to integrate G.Triad staff and capabilities into the culture at Computer Horizons. While there he held the following positions: Director of Application Development, Director of Project Delivery and VP of Network Operations.
In 2003, Jess brought his project and industry expertise to Fusionapps. He co-manages the day-to-day operations of the company together with his brother Chad. Since his arrival, the company has defined its product and service line, streamlined its methodology, grown its staff by more than 300%, and become one of the fastest growing private companies in the nation.
Today, Jess focuses on staying ahead of the technology curve, streamlining company operations, and preaching about our software product development methodology to the masses.

Mike Kaspar
Director of Project Operations
(Project Management Specialist)
Mike has over 20 years of experience in IT, working in various hands-on developer and system programmer positions and eventually migrating towards team leadership and Project Management responsibilities.
Throughout the majority of his career, Mike worked for large IT consulting firms (Computer Horizons/TEKsystems, Econium/Vis.Align) that specialized in delivering projects across a wide range of industries including Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products.
In April of 2008, Mike joined Fusionapps as the Director of Project Operations where his primary responsibility is the management and delivery of all client projects throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle. His day-to-day responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, resourcing, quality assurance and delivery.

Chris Gieger
Director of Creative Operations
(User Experience Specialist)
Chris Gieger started his career in 1991 at Grey Advertising in New York City where he worked on large ad campaigns for Anheuser-Busch, Kraft, Levis, Ray Ban and more.
After Grey, Chris moved on to become the Creative Director at smaller Marketing and Multimedia design shops in New Jersey where he created award-winning websites, interactive CD-ROMs, ad campaigns, corporate identities and collateral for such clients as ADP, AT&T, The BOC Group, Engelhard, Franklin Electronics, Lucent Technologies, Nabisco, Panasonic, Roche Diagnostics, Sharp, Sony and Toshiba
Chris gradually steered his career towards Usability and User Experience Design and for over seven years he was the Director of User Interface Design at Computer Horizons/TEKsystems. While at this position, Chris built the company's UX Design practice and developed the company's proprietary User-Centered Design Methodology.
In 2006, Chris left TEKsystems to form his own design firm, GIEGER Visual Communications, which was focused on helping start-ups and enterprises clearly express their ideas and make their products easy to use. During this time, Chris was also busy helping to create an Internet start-up called BuzzHub, a local business search and reputation management website.
In December of 2008, Chris reunited with some of his former Computer Horizons colleagues at Fusionapps, where he was brought on board to build the UX Design practice and help reposition the company as a leader in building and managing software-based business solutions.
